Exciting NEW graphic features enabling content-rich yet highly interactive and smooth displays in Web deployments for Monitoring Dashboards and Advanced Control Systems.

September 20, 2021 – Riverside, CA

SL Corporation, a leader in advanced, real-time data visualization and monitoring, has announced a new version 3.0a release of SL-GMS Web/Developer.  This is a new HTML5 based product added last fall, to the C++, Java and Microsoft .NET based SL-GMS line-up of long selling tools for developing dynamic graphic displays and system specific Custom Editors for mission critical Advanced Control Systems.

With the V2.0a release earlier this spring, a new set of JavaScript (HTML5) based dynamic graphs and tables were added, to further support the development of dashboards to monitor aggregated IoT data from various fields in real-time.  Building on V2,  the newly released V3.0a has a wide array of additional graphic features strengthening even further the development of content-rich yet highly interactive and smooth displays in Web deployments for Monitoring Dashboards and Advanced Controls Systems:

  • Drill down to detail displays from dynamic graphs and tables by a new click function.
  • Support of Multiple Layers to change visibility by objects.
  • Continuous zooming and zoom to rectangle.
  • Substitute bitmap objects dynamically in a display while operational.
  • Support for Leaflet Map Object to display dynamic graphic objects on a geographical map

With SL-GMS Draw editor, graphical models with various dynamics such as equipment on/off, alert colors change by thresholds, connect/disconnect can be created interactively and independently from the application program.  Their behaviors can be previewed immediately from within the editor, which reduces significantly the man-hour cost associated with developing and maintaining the sophisticated graphical user interfaces.

SL-GMS Web/Developer converts the graphic displays developed with SL-GMS Draw to unprecedentedly compact and high-performance HTML 5.  Consequently, the same graphic displays in Control Rooms can now be deployed to both Cloud and Web Browser as swiftly as a local deployment, displayed on a wide variety of devices such as PCs, tablets and smart phones.
