SL Corporation, a leader in advanced, real-time data visualization and monitoring, has announced the release of V5.3a SL-GMS Developer for .NET and its Custom Editor for .NET option, to further continue SL’s exceptionally long term commitment to supporting the development of most mission-critical Advanced Control Systems in the world. V5.3a enhancements include visibility and detectability variables for controls and user configurable zoom speed.
SL-GMS product line for C/C++, Java, Microsoft .NET and HTML5 is SL’s established dynamic graphical tool first launched in 1983, for the rapid development content-rich, yet compact and high performance dynamic HMIs and Custom Editors for Advanced Control Systems.
SL-GMS Developer for .NET is specifically for developing real-time applications using Microsoft Visual Studio in the .NET Framework. Unmatched performance and highly interactive dynamic graphic displays developed with the SL-GMSDraw editor, can be deployed transparently in Remote or Web servers, as smoothly and fast as the local deployment, with accessible also from mobiles. Furthermore, graphic displays created with SL-GMS Developer for .NET can be converted to compact and fast HTML5 code using SL-GMS Web/Developer for more extensive Web and Cloud deployments.
SL-GMS and its Custom Editor option have been embedded and provided in over ten thousand mission critical systems in control rooms and centers globally for process control, facility and network monitoring, traffic control, and aerospace/defense.
Highlights of the new V5.3a SL-GMS Developer for .NET and its Custom Editor for .NET option:
- Continued from the previous V5.2a, upgrade to the latest and the last version of Microsoft.NET Framework 4.8, and to support the latest Windows 10, Windows Server 2019 and Visual Studio 2019.
- Visibility and detectability rename variables added to the .NET Controls, with a new rename variable sample.
- Property added to the view manager to zoom/pan with a specified rate.
